OSHA Heat Illness Prevention Resources
Employers can download free outreach materials from OSHA to help raise awareness about the health risks of extreme heat at work.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Heat Illness Prevention Resources feature free, downloadable outreach materials that can be used by employers or others interested in promoting heat stress awareness. Resources are available for both employers and workers on the health risks of extreme heat in an occupational setting, the signs and symptoms of heat illness, and how to recognize a medical emergency and act accordingly.
Available materials include a poster and social media resources like infographics (such as those shown below), public service announcements, and information sheets. Materials are also available in multiple languages.
